Supported files and limits

Accepted formats are listed in each workspace. File tools allow up to 25 MB per file, 75 MB total and 30 files per batch. PDF rendering and archive extraction have additional resource limits.

Troubleshooting

If a file fails, check its type, try a smaller file, and use an up-to-date browser. Password-protected PDFs and scanned text are not supported by every tool. A low-memory phone may need smaller files than a desktop.

Saved tools

Select the star on a tool card to save it on this browser. Use the Saved filter to find it again. These preferences do not follow you to other devices.

Keyboard access

Use Tab to move between controls, Enter or Space to choose files, and the up/down buttons to reorder selected files. On the homepage, Ctrl+K or Command+K focuses search.

Report a problem

Your expanded workspace

Open Tool actions to try sample files, reset your workspace, paste an image, share safe settings or download a tool for offline use. Advanced options contain the extra controls for the selected tool.

Previews, history and settings

Image and PDF previews appear after choosing files. Select a preview to zoom. Undo and Redo restore recent file selections and settings in the current tab. Settings such as size, quality and format are remembered on this browser; typed messages, passwords and file contents are not saved. Start over clears the working selection, results and undo history. Close the tab to release remaining browser memory.

PDF pages and text recognition

In Organise PDF, first prepare the pages, then reorder thumbnails, rotate, remove or insert a blank page. Keyboard buttons are available alongside drag and drop. Page ranges use numbers such as 1, 3-5. English printed text in an image can be read with Image to Text (OCR). For a scanned PDF, export its pages as images first. Check OCR spelling and numbers carefully.

Downloads and cancellation

Image batches offer a ZIP plus individual downloads. Some tools work one file at a time. Cancel stops supported work at the next checkpoint; a running stage may need to finish. Download results before leaving or updating. On a phone, look in your browser’s Downloads or the Files app.

Install and offline use

Install Filovo on supported browsers. Use offline downloads a tool’s required code and samples. It does not save your files. Accounts and support forms need an internet connection. Browser storage can be cleared by the browser or device.
