FilovoUsing Filovo
These terms describe your use of Filovo’s website and tools. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms under the laws that apply to you. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Free tools and optional accounts
Available tools are free to use and do not require an account. Features, limits and availability may change. Optional accounts use Firebase Authentication. Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate information and do not use someone else’s account without permission. You can delete your account from the account page.
Your files and permissions
You retain ownership of your files. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to process them. Local processing does not grant Filovo ownership of your documents. Keep a separate copy of important originals and check the downloaded result before sharing or replacing a file.
Tool capabilities and limitations
Conversions may change formatting, fonts, metadata, image quality or document structure. Some tools extract text rather than reproduce the original layout. Scanned documents may not contain selectable text. Cropping a PDF does not securely redact hidden content. Compression results depend on the source file and may not reduce its size. A tool’s description and notices explain its intended use. Unsupported features may be unavailable instead of producing misleading results.
Acceptable use
Do not use Filovo for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, abuse contact forms, impersonate others or attempt to disrupt the website or authentication services. Do not bypass service limits or access another person’s information. We may restrict misuse where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.
Third-party services and software
Hosting, authentication and form delivery rely on third-party providers and their applicable terms. Open-source libraries remain governed by their respective licences; see open-source acknowledgements. Links to external websites do not imply that Filovo controls or endorses their content.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide useful tools, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and maintaining backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits responsibility where the law does not permit it.
Ending use and updates
You may stop using Filovo at any time. Deleting your account does not remove local downloads or automatically erase support messages. We may update these terms or change features; the version date appears above. If a change is unacceptable to you, stop using the affected service.
