Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
1. The short version
The files you convert with Filovo's tools (images, PDFs, and similar) are processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. They are never uploaded to our servers. We don't see them, we don't store them, and we can't recover them if you lose them — they exist only on your device, during your session.
2. Account information
If you create a Filovo account, we collect the email address (and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us) needed to authenticate you. This is handled through Firebase Authentication, a service provided by Google. We use this information only to let you log in and is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
3. What we don't collect
Filovo does not require you to create an account to use any conversion tool. We do not read, scan, or analyze the contents of files you process, because those files never reach our infrastructure.
4. Cookies and local storage
Filovo may use your browser's local storage to remember basic preferences (such as your login session). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
5. Third-party services
Filovo relies on a small number of third-party libraries and services to function, including Firebase (Google) for authentication and content-delivery networks for the libraries that power individual tools (PDF processing, image processing, archive handling). These providers may process minimal technical data (such as IP address) as part of standard web delivery, governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Your rights
You can delete your account and associated email address at any time by contacting us. Because we never store your converted files, there's nothing further for us to delete on that front.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Filovo evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date above.
