Where are my files processed?
In your browser. Filovo does not upload your selected files to a conversion server. Contact forms are separate and send only the details you choose to submit.
Why might a file not work?
Corrupt, encrypted, very large or unsupported files may not process. Start with a smaller file in a listed format. This browser release limits files to 25 MB each and 75 MB per batch.
Do I need to sign up or pay?
No. Available tools are free to use without an account. Some specialised conversions have limitations described above.
